Getting Alphabet Flip Books Ready

Students will color the pictures, cut, and staple the pages to make their flip book. It is super easy and can quickly be assembled.

We love Alphabet Flip Books because my preschooler can do them as well, as a first grader.

Doing Alphabet Flip Books

They are great for introducing and/or reviewing the letters of the alphabet. When completed they can be placed in a folder for when students finish early. Whenever a student has a few minutes, they can pull their flip books out and practice reading the words.

You can have students trace the letters of each word as they say the sounds. You can have older students take the words and write a sentence using the six words for the given letter. The possibilities are endless.
