On November 3, 2020 Oregonians will vote on Measure 108. If the measure passes, you as an Oregon consumer will be directly impacted.
If approved by Oregon voters, the following changes will go into effect on January 1, 2021:
Delivery inhalant systems, such as vaping and e-cigarette products, will be taxed at a rate of 65 percent!! PAY ATTENTION!! THIS ONE IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR SANTA CLARA SMOKE SHOP CUSTOMERS
The tax on premium cigars will double, and the cap will go from $.50 to $1 per stick.
Small cigars, collectively weighing less than 3 pounds per 1,000, will be taxed as cigarettes and require an Oregon cigarette tax stamp. PRICE OF CIGARILLOS WILL NEARLY DOUBLE.
Cigarette tax will increase by $2 per pack of 20 and $2.50 per pack of 25.
We encourage you to Vote NO on 108! Tobacco consumers are some of the highest taxed individuals in our nation. There are other ways to keep minors from smoking and vaping. Speak up on November 3rd, and Vote No on 108! .

Wild Side Smoke Shop on 25 E 11th Ave
I’ve been in the shop multiple times and have yet to no be amazed by the staff. Always very helpful, great personable conversation, and they know how to hook it tf up. Nathan helped me go through a bunch of different downstems when I broke broke mine two days after buying a new piece and didn’t want me to leave till there was a smile on my face and a new one in hand! Will definitely be back and will continue to recommended many friends.

I was a regular customer. Had spent over 1000$ in the course of a year. I tried to exchange unopened coils that where not what I asked for(clerks mistake not mine), came back to exchange them and was told that they don’t do exchanges even after I explained I was not sold the product I asked for. And this is after I waited 15 minutes for the guy to get off the phone. I take my business to urban vapes now. Way better customer service.
