A surprising addition to the list, did you know basil can be vaporized to help alleviate gas, bloating, cramping, and other digestive discomforts? It relaxes the body, eases tension, and helps you fall asleep. Vaporize this healing powerhouse at around 266°F.
One of the most potent sedative herbs, this common flower is not only beneficial in tea but also when packed in your trusty vaporizer. Vaporizing chamomile relieves stress, headaches, depression, anxiety, and nausea. Producing similar sleepy effects as when steeped in tea, chamomile combined with peppermint makes for a blissful and calming vaporizing experience. The recommended temperature for vaporizing chamomile is 212°F – 302°F.
An invigorating breath of fresh air for your lungs, eucalyptus can help combat lung infections, the flu, severe colds, and sore throats. A common healing herb, passion flower is popular for sleep, treating mood disorders, and helping with opiate withdrawal.
